Switching to Instagram & Facebook

This is my last post to this account.  Due to iOS updates on my phone not being supported by Blogger I have not been able to post anything this last year.  I've decided to switch to Instagram and Facebook; and will post what has happened these last several months as well as all future posts there. Zions Bank art show in downtown Salt Lake City

 Every year I look forward to attending Zions's art show. This year was fantastic! My brother John came with me and we saw some lovely pieces of art and I ran into my husbands aunt and her husband.

BDAC Class Resumes

I LOVE Diane Turner as a teacher.  I'm learning so much about landscape oil painting.  She challenged me to time myself and try and complete a 5x7 painting in under an hour.  This is how far I got my first class.

Art Submissions for Utah State Fair

Mary and I took some of our art to the fine art exhibit at the state fair.  Wish us luck!

Fairy Garden

My Julia and Anne Marie created a fairy garden yesterday.  So cute.

Lamplight Art Gallery Visit

Cherilyn invited me to come paint with her and friends this afternoon so I brought my "Twilight Sparkle" painting I'm doing for my daughter, Anne Marie.  We had a lovely time.  I looked at the art there and enjoyed many things that I saw.  In particular I fell in love with the little fairy house made by Maryanne Loveless.  Very charming.
