See 4 New Paintings

Beckham Lodge at Aspen Grove, Utah (8X10, acrylic on water color paper).  We just recently had a family reunion in the breath taking Wasatch Mountains where we stayed with all the Adams cousins, aunts and uncles and grandparents.  Had a grand time!  Hope this captures some of the beauty of the area.
Zion's National Park (16X20 oil on canvas).  This was a commissioned piece done for a dear friend of mine.  It is her and her husband seen on the trail.  They love to hike together.
Monarch Butterfly (4X6 acrylic on masonite board).  I painted this last summer while I was in Island Park, ID with my husband's family on vacation.  Gave it to my mother-in-law.  I tried to capture the luminous, vibrant quality of butterfly wings.  This painting was inspired by the Hallmark gift book, The Butterfly Effect: How Your Life Matters," by Andy Andrew, which states that even very small acts have large consequences.  The Butterfly Effect: How Your Life Matters -

"Emily's Poppies" (5X7 acrylic on board) This painting was done for my sister for her wedding in June.  I found an image that I loved on the internet and painted my own version of it for her.  She LOVES poppies.  Congrats, Em!  God bless you in your new life with Lars!
